Visitor Management

Just give a smart phone to your security personnel at entry/exit points of your society. Visitor Management allows you to capture details of visitors to a flat or society office along with photographs. Whenever visitor details are entered in the system, the corresponding flat/unit resident gets a notification to approve or reject entry of the visitor. Based on the action taken by the resident, security personnel is notified and accordingly the visitor is allowed to enter or stopped.

Upon exit of the visitor, security personnel can update the out time of the visitor to complete the transaction. Residents can check visitor logs for their flats and society administrators can do that for any unit in the society.
