General Terms & Conditions

• Pricing is based on noumber of units in the society/association. A flat/shop/commercial space/office is considered as a unit if the society/association is billing for that unit.
• Minimum Pricing for the 6M Free and Basic package is ₹ 4,500 plus taxes
• Minimum Pricing for the Advanced package is ₹ 8,000 plus taxes
• The 12M Free and 6M Free subscriptions are only valid for the first year. Post completion of the first year, the society/association must choose between the Basic or Advanced packages.
• To avail any paid subscription, an upfont payment must be done.
