Society Directory

This module is the base module for AppSociety where you can create flats/shops/offices etc for you society and provide details of owners, renters, nominees, unit area, maintenance charges applicable to every unit. Using the AppSociety Android app you can directly call other members from Society Directory so no need to save contacts of your neighbours separately. Upload pictures of owners and renters to give a face to the names.

Maintaining records of tenants or renters is a mandate as per Society bye laws. Use Society Directory to store all information including their photographs about your tenants and also keep historical data of tenants. Keep track of expiring rent agreements and serve notices if required.

Names of nominees can be updated against every owner and you can also maintain a nominee register. Nominees for every unit must be recorded by the managing commitee and a copy of the nomination form should be kept in unit's physical file.
