Job Description:

As a Salesperson specializing in housing society applications, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the housing society sector. Your primary objective will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with housing society management committees, property managers, and decision-makers to promote our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    • Identify and target potential housing society clients through market research and networking.
    • Generate leads through various channels, including cold calls, emails, referrals, and social media.
  2. Product Knowledge:
    • Develop a deep understanding of our housing society software solutions and how they address the specific needs and challenges of housing societies.
  3. Client Consultation:
    • Conduct needs assessments and consult with potential clients to understand their requirements.
    • Present our software solutions in a clear and compelling manner, emphasizing their benefits and value.
  4. Relationship Building:
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
    • Attend industry events and conferences to expand your network.
  5. Sales Reporting:
    • Keep accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions using our CRM system.
    • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager.
  6. Achieving Sales Targets:
    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the housing society applications or property management software industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Knowledge of housing society management processes is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
