Society Accounts is the most comprehensive module on AppSociety. Developed on fundamental accounting principals, Society Accounts takes care of Billing, Receipts and Payments for the society. Here's a break up of different features within Society Accounts.

Accounts Setup

Create Assets, Income, Liabilities or Expense heads and ledgers from Accounts Setup. Click on any ledger to see detailed transactions for that ledger, export the ledger in Excel or PDF. Member Ledgers can be directly emailed from here. You can also maintain records of your Fixed deposits or other investments and link it to its ledger. Various charges applicable to members for billing can be setup here along with a comprehensive vendor management module.

Maintenance Related

Manage maintenance bills, export bill register, download individual bills or all bills in one PDF from here. View all online payments received from members and the status of settlement.


AppSociety has simplified accounting for societies and you don't need to necessarily have an accounting background to maintain accounts for your society. There are user friendly names to all tasks that you need to perform while maintaining accounts for your society. All voucher types have the same look and feel so if you know how to operate for one voucher type you know others as well. Purchase Bills can also be created from Vouchers and we also have provisions for GST computation and TDS. You can also raise Supplementary or ad-hoc Bills from AppSociety.
