Job Description:

As an operations analyst, you will be responsible for driving support, operations and customer engagement by working with AppSociety clients

Key Responsibilities:

• 1-3 years of experience working in an accounting firm or housing society
• Good understanding of Ledgers, depreciation, handling FD interest, provisions, interest calculation, TDS Receivables and Payables, Trial Balance, Income/Expenditure Report and Balance Sheet
• Good verbal and writing skills in English and Hindi. Marathi speaker is a plus.
• Demonstrates high levels of ownership, has eye for detail and complete tasks correctly the first time
• Ability to give product demonstrations to clients online or in-person
• Have a strong sense of client centricity, good client communication skills & ability to multi-task. Should be open to speak with clients over phone or email.
• Should be well versed with Excel operations like concatenation, basic functions, conditional formatting, pivot table. Experience of Tally is a Plus.
• Minimum educational qualification B.Com.
• Work from office, 1 day work from home every week, one-day weekly off
